By accessing or using Bit Blooms (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Bit Blooms is a browser-based pixel art builder. You may create, edit, and export pixel art for personal or commercial use. The Service is provided as-is and may change at any time.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the pixel art you create with the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others or violate any law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, use it to produce unlawful or harmful content, or access it through automated means beyond what is reasonably necessary to use it as intended.

5. Intellectual Property

The Bit Blooms name, logo, interface, and underlying software are owned by Bit Blooms and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to those assets beyond using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
